The INSPIRE Platform is an integrated research infrastructure of the three flagship institutes of the Babeș-Bolyai University, strategic in itself and as a support for the UBBMed-School of Health:
(1) International Institut for the Advanced Studies of Psychotherapy and Applied Mental Health (the BrainQ Platform);
(2) Institute for Interdisciplinary Research in Bio-Nano-Sciences;
(3) National Center for Magnetic Rezonance.
The INSPIRE Platform is based on several major grants, key of them being the INSPIRE project and the RICI project.
The INSPIRE Platform includes state of the art biomedical imagining, like:
(1) 3 and 7 tesla MRI, for clinical analyses;
(2) 7 and 11.6 tesla MRI for preclinical analyses;
(3) other top biomedical infrastructure and associated labs (see for details here and here).
